Oikyotan Bangiya Parishad (OBP), founded in 2012 in the Pimple Saudagar–Wakad area of Pune, is a vibrant cultural association dedicated to preserving and celebrating Bengali heritage away from home. At its core, OBP promotes Bengali art, literature, music, cuisine, and traditions through year-round community events and social initiatives. Our Durga Puja was awarded Best in Pune by Srijan Sharod Somman in 2024 and received the National Excellence award for Best Concept at the Narayani Namastute Global Durga Puja Excellence Awards in 2025.
